Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. During peak seasons, processing times may be extended, but we will communicate any delays promptly.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking:
We offer reliable domestic shipping through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor your package’s journey.
Shipping Availability:
Currently, we ship within the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.
Packaging & Sealed Product Guarantee:
We take great care in packaging all products, especially sealed items, to preserve their original, unopened condition. While we ensure careful handling, Gorka’s Poke Barn is not liable for any manufacturer defects, including but not limited to printing errors, off-centering, or factory-caused damage.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or appears tampered with, please contact us at support@gorkaspokebarn.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and do our best to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
Return Policy
Final Sale Items – No Returns or Exchanges:
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Professionally graded cards (e.g., PSA, BGS, CGC)
Eligible Returns – Sealed Products Only:
We accept returns on sealed, unopened products (e.g., booster boxes, packs, factory-sealed items) within 7 days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be in unused, original condition and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Return approval is subject to inspection.

Store credit will be issued for all approved returns. No refunds are provided.
Incorrect or Damaged Items:
If you receive an incorrect item or an item that was damaged during shipping, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will evaluate the situation and send a replacement or issue store credit as appropriate.
